By registering for the Imocomunidades.com Roadshow – Portugal Real Estate Roadshow in Luxembourg, your personal data (name, email, phone number and any information submitted in the form) will be processed by Imocomunidades/Imoedit S.à r.l. (“Organiser”) as data controller for the following purposes: managing your registration and attendance, sending operational communications (confirmation, QR code/ticket, practical information and reminders) and, where applicable, ensuring on-site security and access control. .

The main legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual/contractual steps related to your registration, and the Organiser’s legitimate interest in running the event.

Marketing communications: only sent if you provide explicit consent (opt-in). You can withdraw consent at any time.

Sharing with exhibitors/partners: your data will not be shared with exhibitors/partners for commercial purposes without your consent. If you choose to request contact, book a meeting or express interest with an exhibitor/partner, only the data strictly necessary will be shared with that exhibitor/partner to follow up on your request.

Retention: data is kept for as long as necessary to manage the event and follow-up, and thereafter as required by applicable legal obligations (e.g., accounting obligations where payments apply).

Your rights: you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object, and data portability, and to withdraw consent where applicable, without affecting prior lawful processing.
